Approved Professional Builders was founded with a simple belief: construction should be done right the first time. We started as a small crew focused on residential remodeling and grew into a full-service construction company trusted by homeowners, businesses, HOAs, and property managers across the Seattle area.
Over the years, we've expanded our capabilities — from roofing and siding to commercial build-outs, custom metal fabrication, and community property maintenance.
